Fifteen Mile has been cleared from the campground down. Cedar creek may still have trees down near the bottom The section accessed from Highway 44 to 15 Mile campground may still have some snow and trees down.

Trailhead: From Hood River, head 31 miles south on hwy. 35 to forest road 44 on the left. Drive up road 44 5.4 miles to the Bottle Prairie trailhead on the left. (1 hour) Or continue to the right turn for Flag Point, road 4430. Drive 4 miles to the 15 Mile campground and start here. The loop is enjoyable both directions.

Highlights: Miles of technical singletrack, long climbs, interesting views, creek crossings and a fun descent to end the ride.

Note: Begin and end on the lower two miles of the Lookout Mountain trail along Eight Mile Creek. Be prepared for a very technical descent on Tr. 457 down to Fifteen Mile Creek as well as a long climb back up Trail 456.
